The Waveshare 7" HDMI LCD (H) is a 1024×600 IPS touchscreen for Raspberry Pi, Jetson Nano and PC. It connects over HDMI for video and USB for 5-point capacitive touch, needs no drivers on Raspberry Pi OS, and has mounting holes for a Pi on the back – the easy route to a compact desktop or wall-mounted Pi 5 setup.
