These terms apply when you use and shop on gadwave.com. The website is operated by Gadwave, the trading name of Torsten Tingström, a sole trader registered in Kalmar, Sweden. Contact details are listed in our Legal notice. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

1. About our business

We sell maker electronics and related products online. Depending on the product, we ship from our own stock in Kalmar, order the product from our distributor when you place your order, or offer it as a pre-order with the delivery time stated on the product page. Delivery times and shipping costs are set out in our Shipping policy, and every order is sent with tracked delivery.

2. Products, prices and information

We aim to keep product images, descriptions and prices accurate, but minor variations in colour, dimensions or packaging may occur.
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout, with any applicable taxes shown before you pay. We reserve the right to correct pricing and typographical errors.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import charges may apply and are paid by you. See the Shipping policy.
Some products are available for delivery to Sweden only. This is stated on the product page.

3. Orders and contract formation

A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, obvious pricing errors, out-of-stock items, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel, any payment is refunded in full.

4. Payment

Payment is made via the methods shown at checkout and is handled securely by our payment providers. Goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.

5. Right of withdrawal, returns and cancellations

As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You can also cancel an order free of charge at any time before it has been shipped. How to return or cancel, who pays the return shipping and how refunds are made is described in our Return and refund policy. Your statutory rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen) are not affected by these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to circumvent security features, or place orders using false information.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for delays or obstacles beyond our control (force majeure), such as customs processing, transport disruptions or weather. Nothing in these terms limits the liability we have under mandatory consumer law.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

Swedish law applies to these terms and to your purchase. As a consumer, you may also be protected by mandatory rules in your own country of residence.

In a dispute, we always try to find a solution first. Contact us at info@tingsteqsolutions.com. If we cannot reach an agreement, as a consumer you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. We follow ARN's recommendations. For cross-border disputes within the EU you can get help from the European Consumer Centres (ECC) network. Disputes may also be brought before a general court.
