It accepts 6.5 V to 30 V and can supply 22 A per channel continuously without a heat sink, while its onboard regulator powers the Pi from the same battery. The default GPIO mapping can be changed for custom setups.

Highlights

2 channels, two brushed DC motors, bidirectional

6.5–30 V (not for 24 V batteries); 22 A continuous per channel without heat sink; current limit ~60 A, adjustable

Raspberry Pi 40-pin HAT-style header; 6 GPIO for control, 2 for fault status; PWM up to 100 kHz

Built-in 5 V 2.5 A regulator powers the Raspberry Pi

Reverse-voltage, undervoltage and short-circuit protection; Python library provided

In the box

Partial kit: SMD parts installed; 2×20 female header, three 2-pin terminal blocks and mounting hardware included, not soldered.

Documentation: Pololu product page and user's guide.

Manufacturer: Pololu Corporation, Las Vegas, USA.
